There are more than fifteen fruits that are transformed into aromatic and evocative brandies.

The sorb-apple, imparts a pleasant flavour to brandy which is slighlty reminiscent of the taste of medlars.

The rosehip is none other than the fruit of the dog rose or wild rose. The aroma of its brandy is as powerful as it is surprising.

The elder is a widely used tree. Its brandy possesses curative qualities.

When transformed into brandy, moutain holly gives a strong, very bitter and pervasive aroma.
